This site is run by TBD · LEGAL COMPANY NAME, a Delaware C-Corp registered in the US, at TBD · REGISTERED ADDRESS. We operate from the UAE. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using the site.

Accepting these terms

By using drwellnext.com, joining the waitlist or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist or contact us. By doing so, you confirm that you are.

Medical disclaimer

Nothing on this website is medical advice. It is general information about DrWellNext and the service we are building. It is not an alternative to professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

• Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health, and don’t delay or ignore their advice because of something you read here.
• Using this site, joining the waitlist or emailing us does not create a doctor–patient relationship, even though our founder is a doctor.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number straight away.

The waitlist

• Joining is free.
• It does not guarantee access, a launch date or any particular features.
• We may change, pause or end the early-access programme at any time.
• You can leave at any time by unsubscribing from any of our emails.
• If we offer you early access, it may come with its own terms. We will show them to you before you sign up.

Using this site

• Use it lawfully, and don’t try to break, overload or misuse it — for example with hacking, malware, bots or scraping.
• Don’t sign up with someone else’s email, or pretend to be someone else.
• Don’t use the contact form to send spam, or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

If someone breaks these rules, we may remove them from the waitlist or block their access.

Our content

The DrWellNext name, logo and content belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please do not copy them without permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Other websites

We link to other sites, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No warranties

We provide this site as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but to the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be complete, error-free or available.

Limits on our liability

The site and the waitlist are free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss that comes from relying on the site’s content or from it being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit — such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of where you live, including in the UAE, India, the EU, the UK and US states.

Governing law

If part of these terms doesn’t apply

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest still applies.
